CHURCH OPENING TIMES
VISITORS
The Church is open to visitors between April & September. Opening times for 2011 are as follows :
Open from 13th April - 15th September
- Wednesday 1000-1200 (April, May, June, September only)
- Wednesday 1400-1600 (July & August only)
- Thursday 1000-1200
If groups of visitors would like to request additional opening times, please contact the Parish Office.
USUAL SERVICE TIMES
There are services at St Annes every day of the week.
The usual service times are listed below. Please check the "What's on" page for any special services.
SUNDAY
8am Said Eucharist : Traditional Prayer Book language
10.30am Parish Sung Eucharist : Modern Language with choir. All welcome, especially families. Special children's activities on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of every month (excluding August). They start at 10.15am in Parish Rooms (over the road.) and join the service in Church later. (See the What's On page for more details.) Toilets & baby changing facilities are available both in the Parish Rooms and in Church. This service is normally followed by coffee in the Church or the Parish Rooms.
6.30pm Sung Evensong : Traditional Prayer Book service with full choir
MONDAY
12 noon Eucharist : Modern language
TUESDAY
10.30am Eucharist : Traditional Prayer Book language : service followed by coffee
WEDNESDAY
9am Eucharist: Modern language
THURSDAY
6.45pm Eucharist : Modern language
FRIDAY
9.00am Eucharist : Modern language
SATURDAY
9.30am Eucharist : Modern language :
- 1st Saturday : monthly Requiem
- 2nd Saturday : for healing : with laying-on of hands and anointing
- 3rd Saturday : praying for peace
- 4th Saturday : for the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham
Service followed by coffee.
HOME & HOSPITAL COMMUNION can be arranged - please contact the Parish Office.
MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION (CONFESSION) can be arranged with the Vicar - please contact the Parish Office.
