WHAT IS CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE?
Christian Marriage is the the lifelong commitment of two people to one other given in the sight of God. The Christian Wedding Service is the means by which we seek God's blessing on our life together as a couple and a family, and an occasion on which we make a vows as husband and wife.
St Annes Parish Church is available for marriage to anyone living within the parish or on the electoral role of the parish. The Church of England provides a variety of styles and services to celebrate Christian marriage.
These include:
- traditional language
- modern language marriage
- service including the Eucharist
- service of blessing after a civil ceremony.
Your wedding service at St Annes can be conducted very simply or with the additional services of
- Organist
- Choir
- Bellringers
